I absolutely love photographing couples who can make each other laugh the way these two could. Just prior to the 4th of July, James reaches out to me to set up a couples shoot for him and his wife. Little did I know at first there was a player 3 in this equation, their soon to be born son, William. James and Margaret are an absolute blast to spend time with, both are so intelligent and have infectious laughs. We spent the early morning working our way around the Washington Monument in some truly beautiful weather. These two had a busy weekend ahead of them with Margaret soon to become an American citizen, the 4th of July celebrations, and the birth of their son which the doctors predicted to be born that very weekend! You can see their happiness and that twinkle of expectation of amazing things to come in their eyes. So the three of us spent that morning hanging out and waiting on William.
