The big thing in this region is Country Club Weddings. Thankfully I have a long history of photographing weddings at Country Clubs. My first real “big” wedding was actually at a Country Club. There is a certain charm that the historic Country Clubs bring to a wedding day, you can really feel the history there.

Cassie and Mike's Summer Baltimore Wedding
So here we are, post-COVID quarantine. I know many of you (myself included) have had to plan and re-plan our weddings. Personally I’m on plan D, but its going to be great. Cassie and Mike made it through with plan C but it required some last minute jostling and rearranging to make sure their wedding and reception could still happen safely and legally in this post-quarantine reality. I know that planning a wedding in Baltimore City has been challenging with the differences in restrictions between the state and downtown. The good news is (as of writing this) a lot of the restrictions have been loosened.

There’s a few wedding venues in Maryland that just give me that “wedding magic” feel; Antrim 1844 is definitely one of those locations. With its historic architecture, stunning gardens, and classy decorating, Antrim 1844 allows its guests to get lost in the feeling of the day. Ame and her bridesmaids got ready for the wedding day in Antrim’s bridal suite while Jason and his grooms-people did their thing in the carriage house.
